Thanks to its central position in the heart of Tuscany, between Siena  and Florence, near 15 minutes to San Gimignano and Volterra , it  is perfectly located to visit all the main cultural sites of interests, cities of arts and the Tyrrhenian coast.

the estate is a secret hideaway not far from shopping centers, markets and sercices only 3km, or bars, restaurants and all the other necessities of a sociable life.

TO REACH US BY CAR FROM NORTH (Milano, Bologna etc.)

• take the Highway A1 Milano- Bologna-Firenze and take exit FIRENZE SCANDICCI toward Scandicci
• continue onto SUPERSTRADA FI-PI-LI toward Pisa –Livorno and take exit GINESTRA FIORENTINA – at the roundabout keep right and follow signs Montespertoli/Ginestra Fiorentina
• continue Via Chiantigiana/SP12 and after Montespertoli take the right and follow the signs Castelfiorentino and Gambassi Terme
• after the village Gambassi Terme follow signs Volterra - Siena and continue onto “Via Volterrana/SP4”
• after 4 km - at the km 44 - you find on the left side of the road the entrance of the Estate "Fattoria La Sciolta".

TO REACH US BY CAR FROM SOUTH (Roma)

• Take the Highway A1 ROMA-FIRENZE and exit at VALDICHIANA 
• continue on the Highway SUPERSTRADA  to  SIENA  (called Siena - Bettole)
• before SIENA exit to FLORENCE 
• on the highway to FLORENCE take exit POGGIBONSI NORD and follow signs SAN GIMIGNANO
• after San Gimignano continue toward CASTAGNO and GAMBASSI TERME
• after Località IL CASTAGNO continue to Gambassi Terme onto “Via Volterrana SP4”
• at the km 44 - you will find on the right side of the road the entrance of the Estate "La Sciolta".

Coming from PISA airport

• Take the Highway SUPESTRADA FI-PI-LI ( or S.G.C Livorno-Firenze) towards Firenze.
• Take exit EMPOLI OVEST and follow signs CASTELFIORENTINO - SIENA onto Via Senese Romana/ SS429
• continue straight and you find CASTELFIORENTINO and at the roundabout follow signs GAMBASSI TERME
• after the village Gambassi Terme follow signs Volterra - Siena and continue onto "Via Volterrana/SP4"
• after 4 km - at the km44 - you find on the left side of the road the entrance of the Estate "La Sciolta".

Coming from FLORENCE airport

• take the SUPERSTRADA FI-PI-LI (or S.G.C Livorno-Firenze) and follow sign Livorno and then take the exit GINESTRA FIORENTINA
